Tien, Michelsen Add Delray Beach to 2026 Calendar

Yesterday we learnee that Learner Tien and Alex Michelsen had signed on to play on the red clay of Houston this spring. Today we learned they’ll play in Southern Florida in February as well.

Tien, 20, and Michelsen will join the Delray Beach Open field in 2026. The pair of Southern California natives are both fresh off of breakout seasons in 2026, which saw both crack the Top 30 and reach the second week at a major.

The tournament also announced that two-time champion and world No. 6 Taylor Fritz will play his opening match on Thursday night, Feb. 19.

Other players previously announced as playing in the event are world No. 12 Casper Ruud and No. 20 Tommy Paul.
