Christopher Eubanks will be calling the shots on Tennis Channel for at least the next three years.
Eubanks has signed a three-year pact with Tennis Channel that will see him serve as an on-air commentator and host.

Eubanks, who has worked for TC in the past, will make his on-air debut under the new deal when TC launches its BNP Paribas Open coverage on March 4th.
Eubanks brings a current player’s perspective to marquee events, which TC says: “underscores Tennis Channel’s commitment to premium, personality-driven programming that meets tennis fans at the intersection of sport, culture, and conversation.”
“I’ve always loved talking tennis almost as much as playing it,” said Eubanks. “Tennis Channel has always been such an important part of how fans experience our sport, so to now join the team in this capacity is incredibly special. Having the opportunity to share what’s happening inside the lines – the strategy, the emotions, the momentum shifts – is something I’m really excited about.
“Tennis has given me so much and I am looking forward to staying connected to the game in this way.”
In addition to his TC duties, Eubanks was a prominent analyst for ESPN’s Australian Open coverage in January as well as TNT’s Roland Garros coverage last spring. Many Tennis Now viewers selected Eubanks as one of their favorite current tennis TV analysts in response to our top American commentators’ video.
TC’s announcement of Eubanks’ three-year deal comes a day after ESPN announced it has hired former world No. 1 Andy Roddick to a multi-year commentary contract. Financial terms of either deal were not disclosed.
“Chris understands where tennis is right now — competitively and culturally” said Jeff Blackburn, CEO of Tennis Channel. “He brings an authenticity and point of view that resonates on-air. We are thrilled to have him join the TC team.”
