Camila Osorio completed a successful title defense in Bogota, defeating Katarzyna Kawa for the title.

Camila Osorio loves home cooking. That’s the only way to explain her success at the Copa Colsanitas in Bogota, really.
The Colombian won her third title in six career appearances at the event, finishing off her run with a 6-3, 6-3 triumph over Poland’s Katarzyna Kawa.

Osorio, ranked 54, improved to 20-3 lifetime at her home event, as she completed a successful title defense with five victories over lower-ranked players, dropping just a single set in the process.
Osorio also won the Bogata title in 2021.
Reggaeton music played during changeovers as a packed house rooted on the No.2 seed on Sunday, and Osorio, a 23-year-old former World No.33 didn’t disappoint.
She broke in her first return game of the match and later saved five break points while serving at 4-2, before holding at love two games later to clinch the opening set.
After racing out to a 3-0 double-break lead in set two, Kawa struck back with a break for 3-1, but it was as close as she would get. Osorio’s second love hold of the day brought her within a game of the title, and she closed the door moments later with her fifth break of the final.
