Camila Osorio is a champion in Bogota – again.
The 22-year-old claimed her second Copa Colsanitis title on home soil on Sunday, defeating top-seeded Marie Bouzkova for the title, 6-3, 7-6(5) on Sunday.
In 2021, Osorio won her maiden title in Bogota. To reach the final the World No.85 stopped the 14-match winning streak of two-time defending champion Tatjana Maria in the quarterfinals, before taking down former Roland Garros finalist Sara Errani in the semis.
Osorio improves to 15-3 lifetime at Colombia.
