Statisfaction: Siniakova Returns to Doubles No.1 after Winning Seoul with Krejcikova

Ten-time major champion Katerina Siniakova has returned to the top of the WTA rankings. The 29-year-old Czech begins her 161st week at the top of the WTA rankings – fourth most all-time.

Siniakova paired with Barbora Krejcikova, whom she has won seven major doubles titles with, for the first time since the 2024 Olympics in Seoul and came away with her 31st doubles title. They defeated Maya Joint and Caty McNally 6-3, 7-6 (6).

The only women to have spent more weeks than Siniakova at No.1 are: 

Martina Navratilova | 237 weeks 

Liezel Huber | 199 weeks 

Cara Black | 161 weeks 

Siniakova, who reached the singles quarterfinals in Seoul, rises 15 spots in the singles ranking to No.62.
