Novak Djokovic won’t be returning to Doha.
Grand Slam king Djokovic has withdrawn from the Qatar Open due “strong fatigue” he suffered reaching the Australian Open final earlier this month.

The tournament announced Djokovic’s withdrawal on social media today.
The Qatar Open is set for February 16-21st.
Former world No. 1 Djokovic won back-to-back Doha titles in 2016 and 2017. Djokovic defeated rival Rafael Nadal in the 2016 final and beat Andy Murray in the 2017 final.
A year ago, Djokovic lost to Matteo Berrettini 7-6(4), 6-2 in his Doha opener.
The 24-time Grand Slam champion is on the Indian Wells entry list and scheduled to play the BNP Paribas Open next month.
