Bencic Begins Comeback with a Victory in Hamburg

The 27-year-old former World No.4 is playing the 75K in Hamburg, Germany and she won her first-round match today against Julia Avdeeva, 6-3, 6-1.The Swiss, who welcomed her first baby girl, Bella, on April 23rd, took to Twitter to celebrate the victory.
/br> “Baby steps forward,” she wrote.The Swiss plans to play BJK Cup next month against Serbia on November 15-16.
