Garbiñe Muguruza is a new mom!
Former world No. 1 Muguruza gave birth to her first child, son Marcos Borges Muguruza, last week.
Two-time Grand Slam champion Muguruza announced the birthday today, accompanied by a pair of black-and-white photos of her baby boy on Instagram.
The 32-year-old Muguruza announced her pregnancy back in September.
Baby Marcos Borges Muguruza is the first child for Muguruza and husband Arthur Borges.
“Our little miracle,” Muguruza announced on Instagram. “Marcos Borges Muguruza celebrates one week since his arrival.”
Muguruza wed Arthur Borges in a lavish wedding ceremony held in Marbella, Spain on Saturday, October 5th, 2024.
Muguruza met Borges by chance when walking through New York City’s Central Park in the summer of 2021. The pair shared an immediate connection with Muguruza captioning her wedding post “You had me at hello.”
