Bouzkova Claims Career Title No.3, Defeating Udvardy in Bogota
Marie Bouzkova claimed her third career title in Bogota on Sunday, defeating Hungary’s Panna Udvardy for the title, 6-7(7), 6-2, 6-2.

Top-seeded Bouzkova improves to 11-2 at Bogota lifetime with her win.
She thanked her team, her parents, her boyfriend and her grandma, before switching to fluent Spanish to thank the crowd on Sunday.
Bouzkova, the first ever Czech champion in Bogota, climbs to match her career-high ranking of No. 24 with the win.
Bouzkova squandered a 5-0 lead in the opening set tiebreak, but engineered six breaks of serve across the final two sets as she won 12 of the final 16 games.
Bouzkova finished with 23 winners against 18 unforced errors, while Udvardy hit 34 winners and 37 unforced errors.
Udvardy rises to a career-high ranking of No. 71 in Monday’s WTA ranking as a result of her performance.
