The Bratislava-born baseliner scored her ninth victory in her last 10 matches.
Sramkova's breakthrough triumph came one week after she lost to British qualifier Sonay Kartal 6-3, 7-5 in the Monastir final.
Today, Sramkova broke Siegemund's serve four times in a one hour, 56-minute victory.
