The world No. 2 did not hesitate in selecting the third-ranked Swiss.
"I'd love to play with Roger one time. It would be nice," Murray said. "I played with Novak a couple of times when we were younger. If ever (Federer) wants to play, I'd be more than happy to. Maybe we may get the chance in the IPTL one year to play together. That would be his decision."
Asked about a possible Scottish-Spanish partnership with rival Rafael Nadal, Murray replied: "I'd like to get a chance to play with both."
"They're completely different players and I think that's why everyone enjoyed their rivalry, their matches so much, because they're so different," Murray said. "I would love to get the chance to play with both of them."
The reigning Olympic gold medal champion says Rafa is his favorite rival to face in singles.
"I do really enjoy playing Rafa Nadal," Murray said. "My record against him hasn't been so good. But I think we normally play quite entertaining matches and I always enjoy playing him."
The man who led Great Britain to its first Davis Cup championship in 79 years revealed Agnieszka Radwanska is his favorite female player to watch.
"I enjoy watching Radwanska," Murray said. "She has a different game style, (she) has very good touch, she comes to the net. (She) always has pretty entertaining matches so I would say her."
