Carlos Alcaraz now has a special lady on his arm for life: Lady Liberty.

World No. 1 Alcaraz celebrated his 2025 US Open champion recently getting a tribute tattoo of the Statue of Liberty and the Brooklyn Bridge on his right arm. Click the sixth photo of Alcaraz’s Instagram post here to see the new ink:

In an Instagram post yesterday, Alcaraz shared a shot of the tattoo process done by artist Ganga.

Immediately after dethroning arch-rival Jannik Sinner to reclaim the US Open championship last September, Alcaraz told ESPN he planned to get the tattoo of iconic New York City landmarks the Brooklyn Bridge and Statue of Liberty as well as the date of his title 9-7-2025 to honor his sixth Grand Slam championship.

Alcaraz, who regained the top spot for the first time since September of 2023 by virtue of his Flushing Meadows title, initially had the date of his first US Open championship “9-11-2022” on the back of his left arm as his first tattoo.

In his new Instagram post, Alcaraz also shared he has returned to the practice court working with Samuel Lopez, who joined his team last December. Samuel Lopez is former coach of Alcaraz’s ex-coach Juan Carlos Ferrero.
