Becker Ends Immunity Claim in Bankruptcy
Boris Becker has ended his effort to claim diplomatic immunity from bankruptcy.The former world No. 1 had been claiming his status as a Central African Republic diplomat provided him protection over bankruptcy.Watch: Fiercest Feuds of 2018The Hall of Famer was declared bankrupt by a London Bankruptcy and Companies Court last year.Becker, who reportedly owes a private British banking firm Arbuthnot Latham about $4.2 million, is also facing a $40 million lawsuit filed by a former business partner.
