As we did yesterday we offer today the facilities @rnadalacademy for all those affected that need accommodation”According to reports, some parts of the island received 23cm (9in) of rainfall in just four hours.Tennis players sent their best wishes from Shanghai, with Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic chiming in. Federer sent this message via Twitter.

Djokovic also chimed in. “I want to send my condolences to everybone who lost close close people in their lives,” he said. “And I want to send my best wishes and strength and good energy to everyone to go through this.”

Reportedly there were about 50 people staying temporarily at Nadal’s academy.
