Karolina Pliskova will pit her power against Petra Martic's court craft when the pair square off in the inaugural Zhengzhou final on Sunday.
Martic rolled through the first seven games crushing Kristina Mladenovic, 6-0, 6-3.

The seventh-seeded Croatian charged into her fourth career final and her first Premier-level title match. Martic captured her first career title in April bursting past Marketa Vondrousova 1-6, 6-4, 6-1 in the Istanbul title match.
The top-seeded Pliskova put together a five-game run powering past Ajla Tomljanovic, 6-3, 6-2.
Pliskova advanced to her fifth final of the season and 27th career final.
The second-ranked Czech advanced to her fifth final of the season.
Pliksova is 3-1 in four finals in 2019 capturing her three titles&Mdash;Brisbane, Rome and Eastbourne&Mdash;on three different surfaces.
The 28-year-old Martic has won four of five meetings with Pliskova, including a 6-3, 6-3, sweep at Roland Garros in June. However, Pliskova prevailed in their lone hard-court clash, 6-3, 6-4, in Miami last March.
