Check out the Fed casually cajoling a tennis ball to rest on the string bed of his RF Wilson like it’s nothing much at all. It’s almost hypnotizing to watch, so soft and subtle is the way of the Fed as he lures the ball to sleep.

Federer defeated Mikhail Kukushkin, 6-1, 6-2, dropping two first serve points, on Tuesday in Basel. On Thursday he’ll continue his bid for a seventh title at his hometown tournament.
