- Roger Federer extended his lead in all-time Grand Slams to 17. Rafael Nadal is second among active players with 11.

- Roger Federer has appeared in 24 Grand Slam finals, the most all-time. Nadal is second among active players at 16.

- Roger Federer broke a tie with Jimmy Connors for the most all-time Grand Slam semifinal appearances with his 32nd.

- Roger Federer played in his 37th Grand Slam quarterfinal, moving ahead of Andre Agassi for second place in history. Novak DJokovic played in his 21st, tying him for 10th place all-time with Bjorn Borg.

- With seven wins at Wimbledon, Roger Federer is now third all-time in career wins in the grasscourt Slam with 66, having passed Pete Sampras (63) and John McEnroe (59). He trails only Jimmy Connors (84) and Boris Becker (71).

- Federer is now 244-36 for a winning percentage of 0.8714 in Grand Slam events, third all-time behind Bjorn Borg (0.8981) and Rafael Nadal (0.8771). Novak Djokovic is 128-26, good for sixth place all-time at 0.8312.

- Federer improved to 17-7 all-time in Grand Slam finals, a winning percentage of 0.7083, second all-time behind Pete Sampras (14-4, 0.7778).

- Roger Federer improved to 66-7 at Wimbledon in his career, moving into second place for all-time winning percentage at 0.9041, just ahead of Pete Sampras 0.900. Nadal is third at 0.8571, with Novak Djokvic eighth (0.8205) and Andy Murray ninth (0.8108).

- By reaching the final, Federer extended his streak of appearing in at least one Grand Slam title match to 10 years. He trails only Ivan Lendl and Pete Sampras at 11 each. Nadal is tied for fourth at eight.

- With 75 career titles, Federer is two behind John McEnroe for third most in Open Era history. He is also two finals behind McEnroe for third in that category, having appeared in 106.

- With 112 career wins on grass, Federer has tied Wally Masur for the fifth-most in Open Era history. He is within seven wins of taking over second place in the category.

- Federer improved his all-time winning percentage to 0.8163, passing John McEnroe (0.8155) for fifth-best in the Open Era. By going just 1-1 at Wimbledon, Rafael Nadal’s winning percentage slipped to 0.8270, falling just behind Bjorn Borg (0.8272) for first all-time.

- By going 6-1, Andy Murray improved his career winning percentage on grass to 0.7971, good for ninth all-time.
