Watch: Serena Dances In Underwear


Serena Williams spent some time as Beyonce’s back-up dancer last year.

The world No. 2 busts out some seriously impressive solo moves in her latest return to the stage.

The 22-time Grand Slam champion solidifies her title as Berlei’s Boss of Bounce in this new ad for the underwear brand.

Channeling her inner Jennifer Beals, Serena shows Flashdance flexibility—and some high hops—rocking the solo routine to an updated version of the Billy Idol classic “Dancing With Myself.”


Wearing a multi-colored Berlei bra and black leggings, the Wimbledon champion looks fit and has fun bouncing across the floor and even off a mirror at one point during her "Do It For Yourself" dance.



"I'm so disciplined every day with my training, but when I dance it's about letting myself go," Serena said in an Instagram post accompanying the dance video.

It seems Williams’ recent engagement to Alexis Ohanian has put a bit of a bounce in her step.


The 35-year-old Serena is not only an accomplished dancer, she’s a pretty good teacher, too. Williams helped lead a dance class of about 20 women to launch Berlei Sport in Melbourne.
