Sofia Kenin launches her Australian Open defense armed with batwings.
The world No. 4 has signed on as global brand ambassador for Motorola. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Kenin, who kicks off her 2021 campaign later today against Camila Giorgi at the Yarra Valley Classic, will sport Motoroal's distinctive batwings brand logo on her apparel and warm up jacket for all matches and appearances.
In addition, the 22-year-old American will be using the Motorola razr throughout the course of the partnership.
“I am honored to partner with Motorola for the upcoming season,” said Kenin. "It has been great to see their involvement grow in tennis over the past few years and I am excited to officially be a part of team Moto.”

The French Open finalist, who has sponsorship pacts with Fila and Babolat, earned 2020 WTA Tour Player of the Year honors for her standout season.
