The Delray Beach Open announced today that Taylor Fritz will return for the 35th anniversary of the ATP 250 tournament on Feb. 12-21, 2027. Fritz, the 2023-24 champion who is currently ranked No.12, will bid to become the first three-time champion in Delray Beach Open history.

“Delray is always a special week for me, and I’m excited to be back for the 35th anniversary,” Fritz said in a statement. “I’ve had some incredible moments here, and I’m ready to make some more in 2027.”
Fritz has gone 33-18 on the season with a title at the Citi Open in Washington, D.C. He has reached three additional finals.
The 28-year-old American won back-to-back Delray Beach Open titles in 2023 and 2024, becoming just the second player in history to successfully defend his crown (after Jason Stoltenberg in 1996-97). In 2024, Fritz became one of seven champions to win the title without dropping a set.
Fritz lost to Tommy Paul in the quarterfinals at Delray Beach this year, and holds a 13-7 overall record at the event. Since 2023, he has won 10 of 12 in South Florida.
The 2024 US Open runner up will be making his ninth appearance in Delray Beach.
