Casper Ruud is reportedly set to add former World No. 3 David Ferrer to his coaching team in 2027.
Tennis Channel reported the news during its broadcast of the Paris Masters on Saturday, while Spanish outlet Eurosport has also reported that the two will join forces next season.
The news has yet to be officially confirmed by either party, and it remains unclear what role Ruud’s father and longtime coach, Christian Ruud, will play in the new arrangement.
Ferrer, who previously coached Alexander Zverev, is set to conclude his tenure as Spain’s Davis Cup captain later this month.
