ŌURA Named Official Wearable of the USTA
Ōura and the United States Tennis Association have announced a five-year partnership that will bring the smart ring brand to the global stage of the US Open.
Under the agreement, Ōura becomes an Official Sponsor and Wearable Fitness Device Partner of the US Open, USTA and USTA Coaching, marking the first wearable partnership in the federation’s history.

The collaboration aims to integrate health tracking into all levels of tennis, with Ōura Rings made available to main draw players at the US Open, alongside on-site recovery education and performance support.
Per the USTA, Ōura Ring will be available to every Main Draw player competing in the US Open through its player gifting suite, with on-site fitting and recovery education in player areas.
Recently it was announced that players will be allowed to wear approved devices that track biometric data on a trial basis at Roland-Garros, and that trial will also be implemented at Wimbledon and the U.S. Open. This news comes after the Australian Open banned players such as Aryna Sabalenka and Jannik Sinner from using Whoop wearable technology at the tournament.
Beyond the tournament, Ōura will expand across USTA platforms, including coaching programs and league championships, while contributing to research and wellness initiatives.
The partnership reflects a shared focus on health and performance, as the USTA targets 35 million players in the U.S. by 2035 and Ōura continues to promote daily health tracking worldwide.
