The 19-year-old Sinner, who defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas in Rome last week, will promote the brand as a "fundamental food" and source of natural energy.

"I am honored to become an ambassador for a brand like Parmigiano Reggiano, which is an icon of made in Italy," Sinner said. "I have been a loyal consumer since I was a child; I believe a lot in this partnership that I hope will move forward over time."

The 74th-ranked Sinner has career wins over Gael Monfils, David Goffin, Alex de Minaur and Tsitsipas.
