Jarkko Nieminen said goodbye to tennis in Finland today with good friend Roger Federer across the net from him. The pair were also joined by Finnish hockey legend Teemu Selanne and Swedish hockey star Peter Forsberg for an exhibition doubles match (see video below).

From the looks of these videos much fun was had by all, and Nieminen, a former World No. 13 who completes his career with 405 wins and two titles, got the heartfelt send-off he deserves.

Nieminen is the highest-ranked ATP player to ever hail from Finland, and he is the only Finnish player to have ever won an ATP title.
