If you were wondering at all about the quality of play at the NextGenATP Finals in Milan, Carlos Alcaraz has your answer. The top-seeded Spaniard has come to Italy on a mission to take the title and he showed off his desire on Wednesday as he stole this point from Brandon Nakashima during his 4-3, 4-2, 4-2 win over the American.

Alcaraz defends the back of the court with jaw-dropping footwork then moves in for the kill. When a Nakashima forehand clips the net cord and throws Alcaraz off balance, he demonstrates supreme improvisational skills to put the ball away.

Alcaraz clinched his spot in the semifinals at Milan with his win – so stay tuned in for his next mind-blowing point.

Here are the group standings after two days of play in Milan:

Group A

Alcaraz 2-0, Qualified for semis
Nakashima 1-1
Rune 1-1
Crundolo 0-2

Group B

Korda, 2-0
Baez, 1-1
Musetti, 1-1
Gaston, 0-2
