One silly bet cost Frenchman Constant Lestienne a chance to play at Roland Garros for the first time in addition to a guaranteed 30,000 Euros.

The 24-year-old had his wild card revoked by the FFT on Thursday due to a throw-away bet on last year’s French Open final.
He chose Stan Wawrinka over Novak Djokovic (good call), but either choice would have been damning in his case.
Lestienne, ranked No 205 in the world, had his wild card revoked after the Tennis Integrity Unit started an investigation into his bet on Wawrinka.
"Like many of my generation, I have an online account which I use for Parisian sports," he said in a statement published by the French press, according to the AP. "I had 2.90 Euros in winnings that I wagered on the final of Roland Garros,” he said. “[It was] such a small amount [that] I did not imagine for an instant there would be consequences. It did not have any influence on the match. I won, also, 1.40 Euros. In two hours I realized my mistake, but the damage was done."
Had Lestienne, who doesn’t own a single tour-level win, played in the French Open and lost in the first round, he would have taken home 30,000 Euros.
In a statement, the FFT had said the step was taken to show that there was no tolerance for "unethical conduct."
