"Milos is a very dedicated and professional," said McEnroe. "I just want to consult and be part of his team and add a little bit to his quest on the grass. He is a guy who can win majors and one of five or six who can win Wimbledon. This is exciting."
McEnroe will join Raonic’s current team, which already features Riccardo Piatti and Carlos Moya. Raonic, 25, is a former Wimbledon semifinalist who has made significant strides with his net game. He reached the Australian semifinals this January, losing to Andy Murray in five sets.
The Canadian reached the Round of 16 on Friday at Roland Garros and will face Spain’s Albert Ramos-Vinolas next.
