Jannik Sinner has checked out of Indian Wells sending Nick Kyrgios into the quarterfinals.
The 10th-ranked Sinner pulled out of the BNP Paribas Open today due to illness before his scheduled fourth-round clash on Stadium 2 vs. Kyrgios.

As a result, wild card Kyrgios moves into the last eight.
Australian Open doubles champion Kyrgios will face either undefeated Australian Open singles champion Rafael Nadal or 17th-seeded Reilly Opelka for a quarterfinal spot.
