Djokovic purchased a three-bedroom condominum in Eighty Seven Park, an exclusive new North Miami Beach project, The New York Post reports.
The views are spectacular and come at a cost. Three-bedroom condos in Djokovic's new address are valued at "up to $8.9 million, and a penthouse is priced at $38 million," according to the Post.
Six-time Miami Open champion Djokovic currently calls Monte Carlo home.
It's uncertain if Djokovic is planning to relocate to the Sunshine State or use Miami as an off-season training base.
World No. 1 Murray, a former long-time Miami Heat season ticket holder, owns a Miami condo and has spent winter weeks training in the city, which has been a part-time home for many pros over the years.
Juan Martin del Potro has also conducted training camps on Key Biscayne, home of the Miami Open.
Hall of Famer Gabriela Sabatini, former doubles No. 1 Anna Kournikova, Mary Joe Fernandez and Hall of Famer Cliff Drysdale are among the former pros who have lived in the area.
