The king of clay will soon be a Manacor monument.
The City Council of Manacor, Nadal's hometown, announced it will install a Rafael Nadal sculpture in tribute to the 22-time Grand Slam champion.

The Manacor City Council posted the announcement on social media.
This will be the second statue of Nadal.
Last spring, Roland Garros unveiled a larger-than-life statue re-imagining the king of clay as man of steel. The striking steel statue of the 14-time champion whipping his trademark forehand presents a popular photo-op for fans at Roland Garros.
