Birmingham gets a British boost as Heather Watson and Naomi Broady have been awarded wild cards into next week's Aegon Classic Birmingham.
They join British No. 1 Johanna Konta aiming to make history becoming the first British woman to raise the Maud Watson Trophy.

Watson was runner-up to Magdalena Rybarikova in last week's Aegon Surbiton Trophy.
“The grass court season is my favorite time of year and playing in front of home crowds means to much to me," Watson said. "I want to thank the tournament and the LTA for the wild card.”
