Ten Coronavirus Cases Connected to AO


There are now 10 Coronavirus cases connected to Australian Open quarantine.

COVID-19 Quarantine Victoria, which is the agency that oversees Victoria's hotel quarantine system, announced on Saturday three men in hotel quarantine tested positive for the more contagious UK variant of COVID-19.

Two of the men are in their 30s, one man is in his 50s and none of the three are professtional tennis players though all of them are connected to the AO. The three have been confined to hard quarantine in the hotel.




The three latestet cases are of the UK variant of the virus, which is believed to be more highly transmissible than prior strains of the virus, according to The Age
