World No. 1 Barty will partner US Open finalist Jennifer Brady in the Australian Open doubles draw next month.

Barty, who won the 2018 US Open doubles championship partnering Coco Vandeweghe, joined forces with Julia Goerges at the 2020 Australian Open. Goerges retired at the end of the 2020 season.
Reigning Australian Open singles champion Sofia Kenin will partner Belinda Bencic at the Melbourne major. The pair reached the 2020 Doha quarterfinals together last year. Kenin played doubles with Bethanie Mattek-Sands at the 2020 Australian Open and Roland Garros and partnered Victoria Azarenka at the US Open last August.
Australian Open doubles champions Timea Babos and Kristina Mladenovic are set to defend their title in Melbourne.
Hsieh Su-Wei and Barbora Strycova, the 2020 Australian Open doubles finalists, will play for the title again next month.
Reigning US Open doubles champions Laura Siegemund and Vera Zvonareva and 2019 US Open champions Elise Mertens and Aryna Sabalenka are both entered in the field.
The 2021 Australian Open is scheduled for February 8th-21st.
