Jo-Wilfried Tsonga tried exceptionally hard to swipe a first-serve after an errant ball that was tossed back onto the court interrupted his second-serve during the second set of his semifinal in Auckland with Roberto Bautista Agut.

But nobody would listen.

Well, that’s not fair. Everybody listened. And they laughed. But nobody gave Jo what he wanted.

So Tsonga let it go and won the point and closed out the game after everybody was done laughing.

Bautista Agut ended up as the last one laughing in this match, however. He saved a match point and went on to defeat Tsonga in three.
