France will host Great Britain on the red clay of Rouen in the Davis Cup quarterfinals, April 7-9th, the French Tennis Federation announced today.

France defeated host Japan, which was without world No. 5 Kei Nishikori, in the opening round staged in Tokyo earlier this month.
Great Britain leads the head-to-head series between the two nations, 12-9, including winning five of their prior nine encounters on red clay.
Great Britain defeated host Canada, 3-2, earlier this month when Canadian Denis Shapovalov was defaulted in the decisive fifth match after hitting the chair umpire in the left eye with a shot struck in frustration.
