Novak Djokovic is the only Big 3 champion playing the US Open—and stands as a major favorite to win his fourth Flushing Meadows title.
Oddschecker lists Djokovic as a 5 to 6 favorite to collect his second Grand Slam title of the year and 18th major crown overall.

Daniil Medvedev, who pushed Rafael Nadal to five sets in the 2019 US Open final, is the second favorite at 13 to 2 followed by Stefanos Tsitsipas (8/1), three-time major finalist Dominic Thiem (10/1) and Milos Raonic and Alexander Zverev, both listed at 22/1.
Bettors back Djokovic as well, though not quite as strongly as bookmakers.
"Novak Djokovic is still the most popular choice, but doesn’t have quite as much of a stranglehold on the market as Serena Williams does on the women's side," Oddschecker's Pete Watt told Tennis Now. "Novak accounts for 36.46% of wagers at time of writing, putting him well clear of Daniil Medvedev with 17.71%.
"Last year’s French Open finalist Dominic Thiem comes in next best-backed with 10.42%, while Andy Murray at +4000 is fourth most popular with 6.25% – great to see him back!"
