Roger Federer brought the Easter spirit—and plenty of chocolate Easter bunnies—to kids in the children's hospital in his hometown of Basel.

Federer made a special trip accompanied by chefs and staff from Lindt, the Swiss chocolatier, which sponsors the 18-time Grand Slam champion.
