Roger Federer came within one point of his record-equaling ninth Wimbledon crown before bowing to Novak Djokovic in the longest Wimbledon final in history.Though Federer is third in the rankings, one former Top 5-ranked player says the Swiss is second to none in the GOAT race.Toni Nadal: I'm Sorry For RogerTommy Robredo, who scored his lone win over Federer at the 2013 US Open, says the 20-time Grand Slam champion is the best."There is a Swiss guy who is an artist," Robredo said in an interview with the Swiss Open Gstaad. "Because he can do any shot pretty easily. I think there are not many of them right now, but Roger (Federer) I think is the best."

On a visit to the Gstaad Mirage, Robredo suggests artistry sets the Swiss apart."Me as a player I would say that a tennis player is an artist," Robredo said. "When you can put the ball wherever you want all the time. On every point you have to try to have a different strategy to win it. Sometimes you can do it in one way sometimes in another.
