How Does Shanghai Draw Shape up for Djokovic, Federer?

The 2018 Shanghai Rolex Masters draw is out and it contains some potential pitfalls for Roger Federer. The Swiss, after a first-round bye, could meet red-hot Russian Daniil Medvedev, and he’s been bundled into a quarterfinal with Kei Nishikori and placed in the same half as Juan Martin del Potro. Second-seeded Novak Djokovic is slated to face Jeremy Chardy or Maximiliam Marterer in his second-round match after a bye. If the seeds hold Djokovic would face Kevin Anderson in the quarterfinals and either Alexander Zverev or Marin Cilic in the semis.
