Novak Djokovic passed Rafael Nadal on the all-time Masters 1000 win list with Sunday's victory in Miami.
Novak Djokovic added another chapter to his still unfinished legacy on Sunday afternoon in Miami.

The Grand Slam king and masters of Masters passed Rafael Nadal for most match wins at the Masters 1000 level with a 6-1, 7-6(1) victory over Argentina’s Camilo Ugo Carabelli.
Djokovic now owns 411 wins at the 1000 level; Nadal has 410.
The 37-year-old, a six-time champion at Miami, will face Italy’s Lorenzo Musetti in the fourth round.
“I’m honoured to have another milestone, another record broken,” said Djokovic, who struggled to get through a back-and-forth second set with the 65th-ranked lucky loser. “There’s always something on the line pretty much every time I play, and of course that motivates me to do well at tournaments.”
Djokovic is also the all-time leader in Masters 1000 titles with 40, he owns a 46-7 lifetime record in Miami, where he is bidding to record his 100th career title.
The Serbian legend has not won a Masters 1000 title since November of 2023 in Paris.
