Mikael Ymer reached the semifinals of the Open Sud de France in Montpellier, joining his brother Elias in the first all-brother duo to reach the semifinals in the same week on the ATP Tour since Alexander Zverev and his Brother Mischa in June of 2017.

Ymer knocked off three-time champion Richard Gasquet, 7-5, 6-7(6), 6-1, to reach his second ATP semifinal.
The Swede, aged 23 and ranked 83, will face top-seeded Alexander Zverev in the semis. Zverev remained perfect against Adrian Mannarino with a dominant 6-1, 6-1 victory in Friday’s last quarterfinal.
"He's a very young guy, very talented, moving up the rankings as well, so I'm looking forward to it," Zverev said of the impending challenge with Ymer. "I came her to play great tennis and I think I have all the chances in the world if I do that - I hope I can show that on court."
Zverev, the 2017 Montpellier champion, has won all seven contests he has played against the Frenchman. He improves to 9-1 lifetime at the Open Sud de France.
The lower-half semifinal in Montpellier pits Alexander Bublik against Filip Krajinovic. Bublik edged Roberto Bautista Agut, 6-4, 2-6, 7-6(4) on Friday to reach his 8th ATP semifinal – the Spaniard has now lost four consecutive ATP quarterfinals dating back to his run to the semifinals at Miami last year.
Krajinovic defeated Damir Dzumhur 7-5, 6-2.
