Badosa: Keys to Staying Power
The eighth-seeded Riske collected her first tournament title since the 2019 's-Hertogenbosch.
The 31-year-old American maintained the depth of her drives and held her nerve down the stretch of a dramatic two hour, 24-minute final.
Since her US Open opening-round exit, Riske has posted a 12-5 record.
It was Riske's second final since the US Open. In September, Riske reached the Portoroz final losing to Jasmine Paolini.
Riske did not drop a set in five tournament victories en route to the title.
