Nicolas Jarry has been suspended for a doping violation during the Davis Cup Finals in November.
The 24-year-old Chilean submitted a urine sample containing banned substances Ligandrol and Stanozolol to the World Anti-Doping Agency.

Jarry was charged with the violation on January 4th. He was provisionally suspended effective Tuesday, January 14th.
"Mr. Jarry had (and retains) the right to apply to the Chair of the Independent Tribunal convened to hear his case why the Provisional Suspension should not be imposed, but has chosen not to exercise that right to date," the ITF said in a statement.
Jarry voiced his innocence on social media posting: "My legal team and I will be working very strongly to prove my innocence and for this I have offered my full cooperation to the International Tennis Federation."
In his Instagram post, Jarry claims he has never "deliberately or intentionally taken any banned substance in my career as a tennis player."
"The levels of these substances are so incredibly low that they are equivalent to trillionths of a gram, levels so low that neither substance could have provided me any performance enhancing benefit," Jarry said in a statement posted on Instagram. "I will dedicate these next days and weeks fully to determining where these substances came from so my legal team and I can clarify this situation completely."
The 78th-ranked Jarry beat Juan Igancio Londero to win his maiden ATP title in Bastad last August. Following that title triumph, Jarry suffered nine straight losses to end the 2019 season, including straight-sets losses to Germany's Philipp Kohlschreiber and Argentina's Guido Pella in the Davis Cup Finals in Madrid.
