Bastad is brimming with Argentine influence this week.
Juan Ignacio Londero fought off fourth-seeded Richard Gasquet, 7-6 (5), 4-6, 6-3, to advance to his second semifinal of the season.

It was Londero's second win over Gasquet in the last six weeks following his four-set triumph over the Frenchman at Roland Garros where he reached the round of 16.
The 25-year-old baseliner from Buenos Aires will face either second-seeded Spaniard Albert Ramos-Vinolas or Spain's Roberto Carballes Baena for a spot in Sunday's final.
Londero, who won 12 of 13 games conquering compatriot Federico Delbonis en route to his first career title in Cordoba earlier this year, joined the veteran left-hander in the Bastad final four.
Earlier, the 70th-ranked Delbonis defeated Joao Sousa, 6-2, 7-5, reaching his third Tour-level semifinal of the season.
Delbonis extended his winning streak to eight matches following his run to the Perugia Challenger crown last week.
The 28-year-old Argentine will take on towering Chilean Nicolas Jarry in the semifinals.
Jarry saved six of seven break points in a 6-1, 6-4, sweep of Jeremy Chardy in today's first quarterfinal.
"It's a very good tournament for me," Jarry said afterward. "I'm very happy for the way I'm playing. I think today was a very good match for me. It was a very tough opponent that had already beaten two main guys and I played very well."
The 64th-ranked Jarry will face Delbonis for the first time at the Tour level.
