The 2014 Australian Open finalist will face 80th-ranked Alison Van Uytvanck in tomorrow's final.
Van Uytvanck ended the spirited run of lucky loser Viktoria Kuzmova, 6-4, 6-2, in today's second semifinal.
The 33rd-ranked Cibulkova is aiming for her ninth career title.
