"Today I bring good news, I have had a review with my doctor @drlopezmartinez with a new magnetic resonance and the muscle injuries have evolved very well," Alcaraz said in this Instagram post. "It's time to keep recovering but this week I'm playing tennis again."
The 38th-ranked Alcaraz is the youngest man ranked so highly since a 17-year-old Rafa Nadal was No. 37 on April 26th, 2004.
