Roger Federer is a maestro with a racket in his hand.

In a new campaign for his Wilson Pro Staff RF97 autograph racket, the 17-time Grand Slam champion explains an unusual inspiration for the stick's design: A tuxedo.

Federer, who co-designed the racket with Wilson engineers, says in the video above the concept of elegant simplicity he sought for his all-black stick stems from formal wear.
