Billie Jean King was happy to lose her head on national television.

Hall of Famer King was unmasked as the Royal Hen on last night's episode of The Masked Singer.

King performed Philadelphia Freedom, a song written for her World TeamTennis squad by her good friend, rock star and tennis fan Elton John.

The tennis trailblazer said while she had a lot of fun doing the show, it was so hot under that Royal Hen mask she was happy to remove it in the end.



At that point, it was pretty evident BJK was behind the Royal Hen.
