Thiem Qualifies for World Tour Finals

Austria’s Dominic Thiem will make his second consecutive appearance at the ATP World Tour Finals in London. The 24-year-old joins Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer and Alexander Zverev in the field with four spots still to be determined for the November 12-19 showdown at O2 Arena in London.

"I am very proud to have qualified again this year,” said Thiem. “It is not easy to qualify once but even more so to repeat the following year. I look forward to competing with the best players in the world at The O2."

Thiem is 46-23 on the season with a title in Rio and finals in Madrid and Barcelona. He went 24-5 on clay this season and reached the Roland Garros semifinals.

Thiem went 1-2 at the World Tour Finals last season.

Marin Cilic, Grigor Dimitrov, David Goffin and Pablo Carreno Busta are currently in line for the final four London bids.
