The Croatian great accepted a wildcard berth into the draw along with her partner Russia's Anastasia Bukhanko. They will play the seventh seeded team of Gabriela Dabrowski and Raluca Olaru in the first round.
Majoli is best known for having won the 1997 French Open.

“The French Open has always been my favorite tournament, so to win that was amazing," Majoli told WTA.com last year at a legends event in Singapore.
In her 13-year career, Majoli won a total of eight singles titles along with reaching a career high of No. 4 in the world. She retired from the sport in 2004.
Since retiring, the now 38-year-old Majoli has served as the Croatian Fed Cup coach and briefly coached rising talent Donna Vekic.
